User Experience Strategy
I help define goals and objectives and conduct user research in order to establish effective strategy. I can bring clarity to a solution and fully document features and functionality. I develop actionable deliverables such as personas and scenarios, concept models and user flows.
Interaction & Interface Design
Through information architecture and interaction design I create site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and fully designed front-end interfaces.
I can handle small-scale website design and development (or prototyping) utilizing XHTML, CSS and Flash.
National City Bank
National City Bank (now a part of PNC) wanted to get customers engaged faster. They knew the sooner new customers set up online banking, bill pay, direct deposit or other 'engaged' activities, the more likely these customers would view National City as their primary bank and turn to them for additional products and services.
As user experience lead for this project, I collaborated to define the user experience strategy that would also align with the objectives of faster customer engagement.
